About Bruce
Bruce Sims has taught golf for more than 25 years and is a Class A Master Certified Teaching Professional.
He works with students of all ages and ability levels, from first-time players to competitive juniors on a pathway to high school golf.
Since 2008 he has also served as a golf coach in the Dallas community college system.
Coaching Approach
- Uses video to evaluate the swing so feedback is based on what is actually happening, not guesswork.
- Builds instruction around each student's physical capabilities and the most efficient way for that individual to swing.
- Simplifies complex swing concepts into clear, repeatable steps a player can take to the range.
- Adapts the swing to the person rather than forcing a standardized model.
