Privacy Policy

We may collect information that you provide directly to TeleTee, including:

• Account information: such as your name, email address, account credentials, account type, and profile information.
• Golfer information: such as swing videos, club selection, camera angle, descriptions of your golf swing or game, goals, questions, notes, and other information you submit when requesting coaching.
• Coach information: such as name, biography, profile information, coaching specialties, experience, professional credentials, application information, and other information provided to participate as a coach.
• Coaching content: such as reviewed swing videos, annotations, written feedback, drills, practice instructions, clarification responses, and other materials exchanged through the coaching process.
• Communications: such as messages, support requests, clarification requests, and other communications sent through or regarding TeleTee.

When you access TeleTee, certain technical information may be collected automatically by TeleTee or service providers supporting the Platform. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages or features accessed, timestamps, and information necessary for security, authentication, troubleshooting, and operation of the Services. We may also use cookies or similar technologies where necessary to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve functionality, understand Platform usage, or protect the security of the Services.

TeleTee may use information to:

• create and maintain user accounts;
• authenticate users and protect account security;
• allow golfers to select coaches;
• route swing submissions to selected coaches;
• provide and deliver coaching reviews;
• allow coaches to provide feedback, drills, practice instructions, and clarification;
• send transactional and service-related communications;
• respond to support requests;
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve TeleTee;
• prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
• enforce our Terms of Service; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may also analyze Platform usage in an aggregated or otherwise appropriate manner to understand and improve TeleTee.

TeleTee may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to operate the Services.

• Between golfers and coaches: When a golfer selects a coach and submits a swing, information associated with that submission may be made available to the selected coach so the coach can provide the requested instruction. Coach information and coaching materials may similarly be made available to the golfer receiving the instruction.
• Service providers: We may use third-party companies to provide infrastructure and services such as hosting, database storage, video storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, and, in the future, payment processing. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on TeleTee's behalf.
• Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, security, and safety of TeleTee, our users, coaches, or others.
• Business transactions: If TeleTee is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

TeleTee does not currently sell personal information in exchange for money. TeleTee also does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services. If these practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required privacy choices or notices will be updated before those practices are implemented.

Swing videos and related golfer information are used to provide the coaching experience requested through TeleTee. A golfer's submission may be made available to the coach selected by that golfer and to authorized TeleTee personnel or service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, or troubleshoot the Services. TeleTee does not obtain ownership of a golfer's original swing video merely because the video is uploaded to the Platform. Coach-created review materials are handled in accordance with the TeleTee Terms of Service.

TeleTee may introduce paid lessons, subscriptions, coach plans, or other paid services. When payment functionality is introduced, payment transactions may be processed through a third-party payment processor. TeleTee intends to avoid directly storing complete payment-card information when payment information can instead be securely handled by the applicable payment processor. This Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary before paid services are generally launched.

TeleTee retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain user accounts and coaching history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the Platform. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it is maintained. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, TeleTee may delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.

TeleTee uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their passwords and promptly notify TeleTee if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the ability to:

• request information about personal data TeleTee processes about you;
• access certain personal information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• obtain a copy of certain personal information; and
• opt out of certain processing where applicable.

To submit a privacy request, contact teleteegolf@gmail.com. TeleTee may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

TeleTee is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. TeleTee may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Information processed directly by a third party may also be governed by that provider's privacy policy and terms. TeleTee may also contain links to external websites. TeleTee is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services it does not control.

TeleTee may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform, business practices, technology, or legal requirements change. When the Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. When appropriate, additional notice may be provided for material changes.
